Acceptance
By accessing our website, placing an order or purchasing a product from Dreamtape, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to place an order.
You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information when placing an order. You must not use our website or products for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must not use our website or purchase our products.
Orders
When you submit an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the price displayed at checkout.
You are responsible for reviewing your products, quantities, delivery address, billing information, shipping method and total price before submitting your order.
An order is not accepted until we have confirmed it or dispatched the products.
We may refuse or cancel an order where:
- a product is unavailable;
- incorrect pricing or product information was displayed;
- payment cannot be authorised;
- we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity;
- the delivery address is incomplete or unavailable; or
- the order breaches these Terms and Conditions.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled products and any applicable shipping charges.
Price and Payments
All prices displayed on our Australian website are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
Shipping charges and any other applicable fees will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout. Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay or supported card providers.
Your use of a third-party payment service may also be subject to that provider’s terms and conditions.
For international orders, you may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by your country.
Promotional codes must be entered at checkout and are subject to any conditions, expiry dates or usage restrictions stated with the promotion. Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be combined.
Subscription payments
Where you purchase a subscription, you authorise Dreamtape or its payment provider to automatically charge your selected payment method at the recurring interval displayed when you subscribe.
Your subscription will continue until it is paused or cancelled.
You may manage, pause or cancel your subscription through the subscription-management link provided to you or by contacting support@dreamtape.com.au
Cancellations must be completed before your next order is processed. Orders that have already been processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled and will be handled under our Returns Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.
You are responsible for maintaining current payment and delivery information.
We may change future subscription prices or benefits by providing reasonable notice before the change applies. You may cancel your subscription before the new price or conditions take effect.
Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product availability displayed on our website is accurate. However, a product may become unavailable after an order has been placed.
If we cannot supply a product, we will contact you and provide an appropriate option, which may include:
- a full refund for the unavailable product;
- waiting until the product becomes available;
- an alternative product with your agreement; or
- store credit with your agreement.
You are not required to accept an alternative product or store credit where you are entitled to a refund.
We may change, replace or discontinue products at any time without notice, provided this does not affect an order we have already accepted.
Delivery
We deliver to the locations available during checkout.
Shipping charges and estimated delivery timeframes will be displayed on our website or at checkout.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by:
- carrier delays;
- customs processing;
- weather conditions;
- public holidays;
- peak shopping periods;
- incorrect delivery information; or
- circumstances outside our reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Contact us immediately if you need to change your address. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched.
Risk in the products passes to you once they have been delivered to your nominated address, an authorised recipient or another delivery location selected by you.
If tracking shows that an order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, contact support@dreamtape.com.au as soon as possible so we can investigate with the delivery provider.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Returns
Return requests must be submitted to support@dreamtape.com.au and include:
- your full name;
- your order number;
- the reason for the return; and
- photographs where the product is damaged, faulty or incorrect.
Unless the return is being made under our risk-free trial or the Australian Consumer Law, change-of-mind returns may only be accepted where the product is:
- unopened;
- unused;
- undamaged;
- in its original sealed packaging; and
- returned within the timeframe stated in our Returns and Refund Policy.
Products that have been opened or used may not be accepted for a change-of-mind return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Do not send a return before receiving return instructions from us.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. You may also be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated or required by law.
This section does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or our risk-free trial.
30-Day Risk-Free Trial
Dreamtape offers a 30-day risk-free trial on eligible first-time purchases.
To request a refund under the trial, you must contact support@dreamtape.com.au within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.
Your request must include your full name, order number and a brief explanation of your experience.
To qualify for the trial:
- the product must have been purchased directly from Dreamtape;
- you must have used the product according to its supplied instructions;
- the product must not have been deliberately damaged, altered or misused;
- you must return any remaining product and packaging if requested; and
- the request must not involve suspected fraud, abuse or repeated use of the offer.
Unless otherwise stated, the trial is limited to one refund per customer, household and delivery address.
The risk-free trial applies to the product purchase price. Original shipping charges, express shipping charges, customs duties and import taxes are not refundable unless required by law.
We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request. Do not return a product without first contacting us.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
The risk-free trial is an additional voluntary benefit and does not replace or limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
